
Kenneth (Ken) is a senior Australian Company Director with extensive experience chairing boards in the public and private sectors in Australia and internationally.
His international appointments have included chairmanship of companies in the US, Europe, the Middle East, the Asian Subcontinent, and Asia.
He was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Telecom Australia (International) Ltd, establishing Telecom's presence in some 50 countries.
He was also Chairman of Daratech P/L the commercial arm of the Victorian Department of Agriculture.
He is a past Chairman of the Asia/Pacific arm of the global security and threat assessment company, Control Risks Pacific, and past vice Chairman of the Australian Professional Consultants Council.
Ken was Chairman of the Ministerial Steering Committee for Emergency Services Telecommunications in Victoria from its establishment in early 1994.
During that time he played a key role in the outsourcing of the call taking and dispatch function for Emergency Services, and the development and implementation of three key new systems: the Mobile Data Network [MDN], the Metropolitan Mobile Radio system [MMR] and the Emergency Alerting system [EAS].
Ken has been Deputy Chair of SETTSC since its establishment in early 2008.
In the first half of 2007, he was appointed as a Special Purpose Commissioner for the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation (VCGR) to review the Victorian Lotteries licences. In late 2008 he was again appointed as Commissioner, this time for a period of 15 months to review the state's wagering and “Keno” licences.
In 2007 he was appointed as Deputy Chair of the Victorian Government's Defence Industry Advisory Committee.
Since 1994, he has been Chairman of Australia's largest staffing services company, the Skilled Group Ltd and has overseen a dramatic growth in that company's operations, building turnover from A$90M in 1994 to this year a turnover in excess of A$2B, and employment from 2,200 to more than 30,000 employees.
He is a member of Governing Council, Victoria University, Chair of the University Foundation, Chair of the School of Management Advisory Board and member of the Faculty of Business and Law Advisory Board.
He is also a Director of the Centre for International Corporate Governance Research.
Ken is also past Australian National Chairman and International Vice President of Variety The Children's Charity.
Ken was appointed an Officer in the Order of Australia [AO] in the Queen's Birthday Honours list in 1994, for outstanding service to Australian business and international telecommunications.

Christopher (Chris) served OTEK Australia as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director from 2004 to 2007, and has continued his service to OTEK as a Director since 2007.
Prior to joining OTEK, Chris held several successful and high-level executive positions with major Australian firms for 25 years: General Manager for Smorgon Steel Pipeline Supplies, Chairman Senior Management Group of Bremick Fasteners, CEO of ComCopy Pty Ltd, Executive Director and General manager of Skilled Engineering, General Manager of Ajax Spurway Fasteners, General Manager of Pipeline Supplies of Australia (division of Email Metals), and Divisional General Manager for Repco.
Chris established Beneficial Business Solutions, a management consulting services firm, in 1999, and continues to serve as Principal.

Grant is a leading expert in environmental and petroleum industries in Australia, United States, Africa and South America.
He is a founder of OTEK Australia in Australia and throughout Asia.
He is an Australian Lawyer with a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Certified Professional Engineer (Chemical Engineering) and Member of the Institute of Engineers, Australia.
His memberships also include the Institute of Company Directors and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Andrew commenced his appointment as CEO in 2011.
Andrew’s most recent role was President, YM BioSciences Australia Ltd, after a five year period as CEO of publicly listed drug development company Cytopia Ltd and four years as CFO at Biota Holdings Ltd.
He has over twenty years commercial experience working across the biotechnology, finance and IT sectors, with an extensive background in managing national and international operations and corporate activities including partnership deals, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
Andrew has held a variety of executive management positions, including risk management with broking companies Willis Ltd and Richard Oliver International, and ISP technology company Sharinga Networks Inc, and has been based in the USA and the UK at different times of his career.
In addition to executive board responsibilities in both private and public companies, Andrew has previously held non-executive directorships with Verva Pharmaceuticals Ltd, BioMelbourne Network and a number of private investment companies, as well as representation on state and local government committees and working groups.
He is a CPA, with Science and Business degrees, and a member of the AICD.

Robert joined OTEK in December 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and in 2007 he also took on the responsibilities of Company Secretary.
Robert's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW), MBA (RMIT), Fellow of CPA Australia and Associate membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
He has extensive accounting and financial management experience in medium size and large corporations, including at senior executive and CFO level.
Robert's has worked in a diverse range of industries, including positions at BHP, Telstra and VicUrban.
This experience has enabled Robert to implement improvements at OTEK in budgeting, management reporting, financial analysis, cash flow management, risk management, statutory reporting, corporate governance and management of relationships with auditors and banks.
Robert's experience in property development has enabled him to provide commercial and tax advice for PLT and other projects.
