What is OTEK Live?
- A tool that gives an OTEK client access to live data regarding the status of environmental works being undertaken by OTEK at their sites

- Designed to give secure client access to key environmental data relating to work undertaken by OTEK on their behalf
- A repository of site information drawn from a range qualified sources.

It can make available key documentation such as:
- Site Maps and plans
- Environmental licences and approvals
- Environmental Policies and Procedures
- Site photographs
- Environmental reports
- Project and budget status.
With its map based interface it is suited to clients that have a geographically diverse portfolio of sites.
Key site information and documentation is accessible for viewing or downloading as the web interface allows for rapid locating of a site and where there is active work on a site updates can be made daily.
OTEK Live also provides:
- A short summary of the environmental status of the site
- Any works that are required
- Plans and timings for future works.
- An alert that can flag if a decision point is with either the client or OTEK.
It overcomes traditional problems encountered when emailing documents – of file size limits being exceeded, or of documents being stored in locations known only to the original recipient of the email.
How does a client sign up?
They simply need to go to the Contact section of the OTEK web site (http://www.otek.com.au/cms-general/contact-us.phps) and complete the email request for more information on the OTEK Live program and we will contact you to set up access to the OTEK Live facility.
