In today's world of many challenges it is critical for 
organisations to maintain a high level of knowledge and awareness of the regulations in the environmental space, accordingly OTEK invited senior business professionals for an informal breakfast with Tony Circelli.
Tony Circelli, Director of Strategy and Sustainability at EPA South Australia, discussed the direction, policy challenges and industry learnings of the EPA in South Australia – now and in the new future.
Mr Circelli has worked in both senior specialist and executive management positions with the EPA, leading both operational, legislative and corporate planning functions over the last seven years. He leads SA’s representation on national environmental regulation forums which advance knowledge, application and harmonisation of best practice environmental regulation. He also has a strong interest in site contamination, having led the introduction of SA’s new regulatory framework during the mid 2000’s.
The breakfast was held on Wednesday the 18th of May at the Hilton Adelaide Hotel.
This was a small gathering, providing industry leaders with the rare opportunity to come together and discuss current environmental issues and developments.
